Introduction
PURPOSE: The purpose of this assessment is for students to demonstrate introductory knowledge of their developing professional identity, social work values, ethics, roles and responsibilities of Social Workers in the placement context in which they are employed and how to apply and integrate a range of skills and knowledge to their placement setting. A series of learning activities will explore core placement learning themes. Students will identify and locate content and engage in critical reflection in order to demonstrate personal and professional growth.
